Want the full picture? Send us your documents.

If you want a real, detailed answer on how much you can qualify for, the next step is preparing your documents. Once we have your official information, we’ll set a new appointment to walk you through exactly where your numbers stand today — so you know in detail what you can access right now, and where you may need to improve.

Documents to prepare
  • Tax returns, last 2 years (personal and/or business, if applicable) — include all pages with W-2 and/or 1099 forms
  • Most recent bank statement (personal and/or business, if applicable) — include all pages
  • Last 3 pay stubs (if applicable)
  • Photo/copy of your driver’s license or ID
  • Most recent mortgage statement/bill (if applicable)
  • Copy of your homeowner’s insurance policy (if applicable)
  • Current employer contact information (reference name, phone number, and email)

Note: if you’ve been at your current job less than 2 years, please provide the same information for your previous employer.
